Suspension query plz

   if you lower it 50mm on dampers and springs ie the apex kit on Kams would you need to change the camber and align it and is 50 more looks than handeling so would I be better off with 35mm
   
   looking more for handling but struggling with money so Apex is my best option might strech to the blistein b8 dampers would it be worth the extra money compared with apex
   
   
   any suggestions cheers

   bilstein is a better piece of kit in the long run but it depends what springs you couple it with
   the apex is a well matched kit and works well for the price
   
   as for the camber comment saxos don't have any way to adjust the camber

   thanks well thats sorted me out still have to think about the B8s is quite a bit of money and still want to have enough left over for supersprint exhaust system

   what are you using the car for.. if its a road car then really you'll be fine with the Apex.

   It will be used on the track eventually like the summer but at the moment just building it really for example getting the supersprint exhuast system (when back in stock lol) then raceland induction want to lower on either apex because of cost or either b8s then do the brakes then manifold and cams and like struts roll cage ect
   
   Are apex good enough for track or if Im doing track should definitly get the B8s suspension for the long run???

   it it's going to get track use the b8s and 155lb Faulkner kit is what I would pick

   Depends if you're thinking of doing regular trackdays or just the odd one every now and then.
   
   If its every now and then, but primarily a day to day car the Apex will be fine and there will be no need for a setup as advanced as the Bilstein/Faulkner combo.
   
   What brakes have you got? If you've got standard brakes you'll be much better sticking with the Apex and putting the rest of the money into upgrading the brakes too to a 266m or 283mm setup which will also be of great benefit with day to day driving as well as on the track.
   
   So basically dont stick all your eggs into 1 basket and spend heavy on just dampers/springs and nothing else because you'll be disappointed

   Apex will cope fine for the occasional track day. With the money you save you can upgrade the brakes, fit strut braces etc and end up with an overal better car for the budget

    Yea cheers for all the help will get the apex and a new brake kit because will probably to do the occassional track day thanks again really helped me sort this as I wasnt sure at all
