When i put my foot fully on the clutch to put it in to first, there's a constant knocking noise? Any ideas? Doesnt happen when change gears ...

#2could be clutch release bearing, mine made a noise when i put the clutch down, replaced the clutch

#12if the box is shot get one from a scrappy fit it yourself, cost £100 max for a cheap box.
usually its just the release bearing on peoples clutches that bangs a bit -

Clutches can last forever when we think they are dead, or just go right away.
We thought that a standard valeo on my high powered vt'R' would die at the ring, yet has done a track day since then, alot of raod miles and some RR runs... -
