Releasing Driveshaft From Gearbox?

Is there any tricks as it is completly stuck! Took the bolt off next to the suspension but thats about it any more ideas?

have you split the leg from the ball joint?

also removing tie rod end and anti roll bar link will help also

not sure mate ive just undone the bold on the wishbone i think? Wasn't sure if your suposed to remove the bolt on the anitrollbar but i'll try that cheers.

yeah you remove the bolt from the wishbone for the ball joint then you have to split the ball joint from the leg so its seperate then u will be able to pull the leg towards yourself to remove it from the gearbox end

best and quickest way to get it out is to depart the ball joint and prize the bottom arm from the suspension. that will enable you to pull the suspension away from the car (dont remove it, just swing it out) so you can pull the drive shaft from the wheel bearing and then just simply pull from gearbox.

need to seperate the strut from wishbone so you can pull the strut outwards.

Mine jsut fell out on the gearbox side
