GTI leather getting bobbles :(

    does anybody know a way of getting rid of the bobbly bits that appear on the gti interior????? i tried pulling them off one by one but got bored.

    try one of these
    or just a clothes brush if you have one

    i used mequires leather cleaner/enricher for leather on outer of seats and some suede/alcantara cleaner with a brisstle brush on alcantara in middle, works a treat

    gillette fusion for the closest ever shave a seat will get, get all them bobbles standin on end haha

    if u start shaving them or picking them, wont the suede start going bald?

    Nobodys perfect and your far from it.

    a razor does work. you just need to shave and shave the same part until the bobbles have all been cut off. just remember to wipe the razor every now and again so that it clears the shaved bobbles off the blades

    but im guessing u can only do it once or twice? until it starts looking a bit bald?

    Just be sensible and you shouldn't take to much off. I did it on the 206 seats and it worked a treat. Actually noticed a small hole in one of the fronts the other day. 180 seats ahoy? hmm.....

    a mate did it to his gti-6 but it must have already been done before and got thin because he shaved a hole in it!

    Use a razor and lightly shave the top, shouldn't go thinner as your only supposed to take the fluff and top layer off.

    I do it to my seats and have had no trouble
