Non VT parts on a VT

   Hey guys n gals
   
   I need a few things, and im on the hunt!
   
   Just wondering if the following could be fitted to my mark1 vtr, either from a flat arch or a mark2?
   
   Washerjets
   Bootlock
   Wheel arch lining
   
   Thanksss

   washerjets on the mark 2 are larger but still fit
   bootlocks are the same
   arch liners need to be off a vt model

   the boot lock wil defo fit as iv put my one out of my old flat arche in my mk1 vtr and the washer jets will be the same. im unsure about the wheel arche lining but i cant see why it wont mate.

   Is it hard to fit a new boot lock? Mine wont lock, so i need to find one with a key too i guess?

   yeh they are easy enough to change just a few bolts, you may need to loosen your rear wiper motor to get it in , i did. yeh you will need a key with the lock. my boot lock wouldnt lock it would open again so i tried to lock it with the key but whoever fitted a new boot when it got hit up the arse didnt change the lock as my key didnt fit lol.

   yeah same for me. no key that will work. Used to lock though with the remote central locking. I think I may have unplugged it when I dewipered. Will have to have a look tmz.
