knocking front left suspension

   when rolling slowly i can hear a knocking noise coming from the front left wheel, think suspension? can any one help? very anoying need to fix it. if it helps the cars been lowerd 60mm at the front

   check out you drop links matey.
   these go all the time when a car has been lowered, they knock and bang like fook when they are shot.
   
   you can get new ones from a car accesory shop. not that much.
   
   best off getting 2 new ones, 1 for each side.
   
   easy job to do.
   
   have a look, take the wheel off and look for a skinny bar that comes from your anti roll bar to the suspension strut. they have a rubber boot at each end. if they have any splits in them, just replace them

   i thort as much mate, agrovating noise! should be a simple swap over then yeah?
