Bumper Scuff

    Hi guys.
    I have an 02 forte with the black bumpers that don't match the rest of the car if you know what i mean. Unfortunately on one corner i have a slight scuff no proper damage or anything. just wandered the best way to get paint off (that won't wash off) and almost make new.
