posted here the other day asking what a nocking noise was from my suspension, the ansew i got was drop links. just jacked up my car there wasnt much play in the drop links seamed more in the wishbone than any thing. the drop link was slightly bent at the wishbone end is this rite or wrong? any help welcome

droplink doesnt go to the wishbone it goes to the arb
if the arb will move a bit as they are set to pivot and are only held in by 2 clamps

if there is play in the wishbone youll need new bushes (usually the fronts that go)
maybe some powerflexs ect for it

whats the full name for the bushes so i can order a part, wishbone bushes? or ? sorry im better with spanners than i am with part names

the front wishbone bush i think it is

there a right slag to swap (some guys will say its better just to but a wishbone)
ive personally not swapped a set but i know a lad who has been trying and hes given up and is getting it done but a garage

my car once made a terrible knocking noise, wasnt any play in the drop links when jacked up, but replaced one anyway and it did the trick.
