Please help!

I went to have my engine repaired (Saxo Mk 2 Furio) I had three bent valves (dont ask) they tried fixing it and because it was new mechanics working on the car they got something wrong lol, now basically my engine is doing what it likes, what they've said is that they are going to put a Mk 1 VTR engine in and i just wanted to know will the mk1 VTR Engine attach to the Mk 2 furio gear box and will the radiator still be the same? (front mounted fan)

i THINK that it is all the same and should all match up, but surely thats there problem to sort out? it sucks when even the mechanics balls up! lol

ye basicly i had a crash and i put a new radiator in and only put water in :o and it froze and my water pump didnt spin and it broke the cam bet and the pistons bent the valves lol but i just remembered that mk1 have a rear mounted rad fan and mine is front monted
but the best thing is
i got the guy to do the job for £250 to fix the valves and stuff but now cus they fucked up im getting a vtr engine put in for free

and its registered as a 1.4 so when i come to sell it kids wll go crazey for it i hope lol
