    Oh hai well known Clio forum.

    CS aren't much help at the moment and I kind of need to know asap.

    Removing my Coilovers from my old cup.

    How do I remove the back adjusters? Ive got the springs out and removed the fronts completely. I just cant remove this thing:


    Is it threaded or something onto the beam?

    There was a bolt underneath, which I removed:


    But I just cant get the rest of it off. Really annoying me now.

    Any help appreciated.

    Yeah I know, I don't know if they're in solid or tight or something but ive tried smacking it.

    If it is just placed on the hole I will give it more of a smack till it comes out (obviously not on the thread or the adjusters but from underneath)

    Just didn't want to hit it any harder in case it was threaded in or something.

    On the CS guide to Coilovers (H&R's though) They just slide in this thing so im guessing they're not threaded.

    The whole without the adjuster bit in.
