   Lol I know this is a twat question but can someone tell me each section to an exhaust system from mani - backbox please

   in order from the engine
   
   manifold
   downpipe (on 8 valve models)
   catalystic converter
   centre section
   backbox
   
   some vtrs the cat id in the downpipe so its manifold then cat then centre section

   thanks, so if i currently have a s/s cat back system... so do i just need s/s mani and s/s de-cat pipe? Or do i have to get a s/s downpipe? lol sorry about this
