That will give you the widemouth affect you want without having to smooth the original bumper

DIY is your friend...
Cut out slats, fiberglass over the big gap then fill, take to a garage to re spray bumper, should cost you 100 quid very max, the inserts look tacky!

has anyone got a progress thread that shows how to do this, looked in the "How To" guide and couldnt find anything there, i wana do it to mine but wana see it first, see what it looks like whilst its being done so i dont fcuk it up

no one has really done proper one, theres a decent ish guide in the premium section,
If your going to get one of these inserts as above then its easy, cut it all out glue in the insert,
If not cut it out, fiberglass over the hole and then filler and respray..

Tacky? in what way? im going to have it sprayed white by a mate. still unsure weather to smooth it (which i can do) or just cut and stick in the insert.
