a good pair of scissors will do the job.

slightly sand the surfaces you want to spray and in between layers

i asked the gu in the shop what would be the best thing to bond the mesh to the surround and he said:

isopon p40 bridges holes and rust wich is a glass fibre compound
has anyone ever heard of this stuff or used it before.

Its a fibreglass filler that is used on body repair, i wouldnt use it to bond something together though. You will want some two pack glue(glue and hardener, and mix together). scuff up the back of the drill so it will stick better.

No use some Araldite works a treat, mesh just use some wire cutters or inner part of some pliars. When painting interior dash use some wet and dry paper to sand in between coats of primer and paint. Using different grades

Do you glue the mesh to the grill surround or do you glue it to the plastic frame from wich the slats have been cut from.
If so does the mesh go in between the 2 ie grill surround then mesh then the thin black surround.
Read the guide but still confused with it LOL.
