   hay i now there is a thread on her were you can smoke yor front head lights eg the inside plastic
   
   dose any one no how to smoke yor fog lights i tryed the oven @ 150 for 10mins like you do with the head light to get the glass of the front but had no luck help plz thanks ....

   its exactly the same method as the headlights mate.
   
   Dont no what else to say really lol
   
   When i done my headlights i had to put them in a few times, prizing them apart each time i took them out.
   
   Just keep trying and when they do come apart a little, use a hair dryer and a knife and cut into the sealant abit and then back in etc etc untill they come apart.

   exactly as above mate. i did mine with a heat gun instead of the oven. just concentrate on bits at a time and it will slowly come apart. prise it gently or you will break the glass.

   heating the knife really hot helps aswell not hot enough to melt the plastic but
