pressed plates are just as legal as plastic plates as long as you buy them from the right place.

    e.g. dubmeister

i have pressed plates which are 100% legal.

if you get metal pressed ones with a reflective backing and make sure the lettering is legal uk font and spacing with no foreign marks on (like the german stamps in the middle etc) then they are perfectly legal. unsure about the eu flags tho, like if you put an F on them it may not be legal but not entirely sure on that

Yes as above there legal if there reflective, and cant have the F on the left hand side

You can have pressed plates aslong as its in english font witht the correct size and spacing.

dubmiester pressed plates have the special "E" mark and are road legal. Its normal Uk font and colours with either GB on the side or just plain. Keep your reciept aswel as on the invoice it says "road legal pressed plates" so if officer dibble stops you, you can appeal against it.

French Pressed Plates are illegal, full stop!

Saying that, i've had them on my car for about 2/3 months and had no trouble with the police
