   i can gaurentee that you will not be able to make one...
   
   why do you think people pay hundreds of pounds for manifolds such as raceland, supersprint, janspeed, ashley etc... because they are a work of art that is produced in huge quantitys.

   maybe if your more patient mate
   
   a manifold (either inlet or exhaust) is quite an indepth thing to make (not many people do tbh)
   if your a confident fabricator you should be know the basics of how it would be made
   if not i really wouldnt bother trying

   why do you want to make things by yourself mate just buy them that way the product has warranty if anything happens. and judging from your turbo thread i doubt anyone is going to give you a serious answer the search button is your friend if used corrctly.

   Also, if its for a turbo conversion i'd buy a proper turbo manifold not one adapted for the job!

    im assuming you mean the exhaust mani
    they are highly developed and have quite a lot of development spent on them by companies

    The exhaust manifold is probably more important to a cars performance than an exhaust itself.
    
    It is not easy to design the bend correctly, with the correct bore size, etc....and probably wont work if designed badly and not mandrel bent
    
    In other words stop being a pikey fuck as you can buy a respectable manifold for £100-200 that WILL work.
