How to take speaker covers off?

how do you take the speaker covers off in the front doors and back seats, theres no holes for the screw, n im scared just to pull it off in case any clips or anythin snap how do you take them off? cheers

iv got mk2...i took the front ones off by just carefully erm plying (think thats the word) off and the just popped off. The back ones I dont think ya can get them off unless ya take em to a pro or citroen garage!? I couldnt get mine off!

as meli says the front ones prise off

the back ones - you have to take the whole card off
todo this i THINK u need to remove rear seats and rubber seal around front door not sure if you need to remover window seals aswell then there might be screws if not it will pop off

the front ones pop off, theres a slot underneathe u can jam a flat-head screwdriver into

the rears r a pain, to make it easier you'll need to take the parcel shelf, rear bench & back rests out (10-12mm socket i think,although cant remember)

then theres a couple of torx screws need taken out, pull up the passenger windows rubber seal...and then shud prise away far enough to get behind.

This is just a rough guide, so dont take my word as gospel

damn thts awkward ill ave do it tommorow then me guess, thought they ed jus pop off, guess this is gonna b a pain in the ass, need to connect me wires from me 6x9s to there cause i thought it would be easier than takin em all the way to the head unit but mabye tht el b easier lol.

aww mate, dont bother with the 6*9s - theyre pants and have no purpose! and itll save you taking the rear cards off!

sell them, buy some good front components and the jobs a good un!

most people will agree about the 6*9s (just do a search in the ice section)

yea i knw most dnt like em but there all i ave at the moment so need put em on or i got blown out speakers lol, why does no one like em wots wrong with em?

the best sound comes from the front of the car,so if you've got a good set of comps you wont even need seperate speakers in the back.

(bass at back obv though)

6*9s just dont give out great sound quality, so a waste of time really IMHO

i knw wot you mean n i suppose, n wen i ave me sub n front speakers etc then i will prolly sell em but atm there all ive got lol, better than some standerd blown out speakers though
