14's to 15's

    Hi all,
just a quick question. I have a mk1 VTr with VTr 14" alloys on with 55 tires, its lowered 40mm all around,
Would putting 15" alloys with 45 tires on make my car higher and affect my handleing at all? The 15's will be slightly wider alloys aswell....cheers

i dont think 15"s would make too muchdifference, would still fit although uv lowered it. Wouldnt make it noticably higher , if u were to go for 15" ud need 195/45/15 tyres. 15s r best for handling imo, anything bigger and it makes it worse, on a saxo anyway, it will only really affect handling if u get shit tyres, so make sure u get something good like toyo proxes or eagle F1s

and the 195/45 should maintain the same rolling diameter i think.
