Frozen brakes?

   After defrosting my car this morning and clearing the snow off it, I tried to pull away and the rear brakes were stuck. The passenger side brake became un-stuck but the drivers side didn't want to come loose. What I think may have happened is that the brake pad is frozen to the disk as I washed my car yesterday and then it froze soon after. I don't have any sort of heater I could use to heat up the brake, and I can't jack the car up as it's lowered, and to jack it up I would first need to run it onto a piece of wood to raise it. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to get it going?

   id suggest rocking it back and forth to see if you can loosen it up at all or the other option is to pour warm water over the disc

   The rear drivers side has been doing it on my car aswell lol.

   mine does it if i leave my car for a few days, rear pads stick to the disk, just move of gently and it will come apart, may make a thud but it will be ok

   Got it! It does it quite often but usually comes off when I start moving, but I didn't want to try too hard incase something broke! But as pointed out, that's a stupid thought as metal is stronger than ice lol! Thanks!

   mine did that I just drove off bosh bosh bang sorted all is fine
