rear suspension arms?

   my suspension is a bit bumpy on the back end was wondering what i could change to improve it or at least get it how comfy it was when i first had the car it was a pretty smooth ride at one point also when im pulling off my drive the back end makes a springy tinging noise[best way i could describe it]when i come off the kurb or when im driving over bumps could any1 suggest a solution or any ideas where to start its getting on my nerves want to get it done a.s.a.p..

   look at the FAQs about the ping sound.. it could be a loose anti roll bar bolt
