    how mutch does each spline on the torsion bar lower it cheers.

    Each spline will lower it by a different amount leaving the car wonky. use a tape measure

    will 1 spline lower it by 10mm 20mm etc

    there are different number of splines on each end of the torsion bar. take it out COMPLETELY and use a tape measure to get desired height. dont just take 1 end of the torsion bar out and do it a spline at a time.

    I thought it was 40mm? But that sounds a bit much for one notch.

    as said dont do splines
    it puts pressure across the beam bearing and causes excess wear in the bearing and pin

    remove the bar completely and measure

    there is no set measurement for the splines method thats why everyone has a different answer: 10, 15, 20, 17, 43mm

    The splines method is wrong and is complete guesswork. Do it right, its easier and entirely accurate
