#2surely it must have a sensor for the fuel timing?
-
#4all vts' have a cranksensor
-
#6should be a 2 pin plug for the flywheel sensor surely yours should have 1 my vtr wont start if its disconnected ...
-
#8I assume you mean the one on the front? Theres a slot on the flywheel you can line up on it to find TDC on 1 to time up the engine, other than that it doesn't do anything, no sensor is supposed to be there.

#9CPS - Crank Position Sensor
Think the connector can be 2 pin or 3 pin. Depending on year/model/day of the week built lol.
But it'll definately have one. Car wouldn't even start without a reading. -
#10You had a crank position sensor, but don't remember plugging in a wire to it.
From memory though, there wasn't a wire to go to the crank positon sensor. I seem to remember from mine that there was a connector plug over the top of the gearbox, and then a lead that connects the connector by the gearbox, to the crank position sensor.
If i get a chance tonight or tomorrow, I'll have a look at mine. -
#11Problem solved. My loom is the three pin type. So i got one from and AX. Fits perfectly. Had to change the bracket though.
