266mm 283mm

   i have got the chance of sum the above braking sytems are the 283mm alot better or not.

   Depends what your using the car for 266 will be plenty enough for road use and the occasional track day

   266mm are fine for what you need mate, 283's will only fit under 15" rims.

   if youve got 283s use them tbh
   its a reasonable difference

   266mm will be more than fine for you id just stick with them tbh.

   okay well am hoping next year to put an s engine in but going to do all these kind of jobs first got 15" on so cud fit 283mm if it is worth spending the cople of extra quid as a would just need carriers for 283mm hes got the rest

   IMO the 266mm setup is more than adaquate for what you need, unless your going for big power mods or will be tracking it all the time and then you wont need the 283mm setup.
   also bare in mind that the 283mm setup is alot heavier than the 266mm setup
