torsion bar washer

    Any tips on how to get them out? really struggling here atm.

    pain in the anus!

    iirc williams used some tiny sold metal hook on mine.

    spray load of wd40

    and small screw driver and tap it the opersite way till it comes loose it then will come out and its an offset washer so hole wont be in the middle

    give it a good whack with the hammer. torsion bar might be tight up against it and you'll need to move it off a little.

    I put a punch against them and hit them with a hammer, loosens them enough to get them out.

    Or get a blow torch and heat up the metal round the washer so it expands, dont heat the washer up, while its hot give it a good old whack and it should free it off.

    Wouldn't like to put a blow torch near the plastic fuel tank !! Right next to the washers !
