Custom Exhausts

   Ive been looking at some custom bits and pieces, i really want a carbon backbox/can...
   
   does anyone have any photo's of one fitted as i cant find any?
   
   If i cant find one at a reasonable price i will just have to make one!

   on saxos you cant see much of the back box for it to be carbon fibre but the cheaper universal ones some times come in that finish

   Hmm... after looking at the exhaust thread unless the exhaust very low you wont really see it!
   
   might just go for a stainless steel one as i could make it before the end of the week!

   A fully handbuilt stainless steel 2" system is what i want to do finally but for now im just for doing the backbox

   Fully hand built 2.25" system Front half is stainless, rear section is mild steel. PM me if you are interested. Could split the back boxes off if you really wanted i think

   Thanks... but its not really my type of exhaust.
   
   micron make loads of bike cans so im assuming thats what those are.
   
   Im really just trying to get some ideas to make it all myself (joys of having a tig!)

    Yeah they are Micron bike cans, off a Honda blackbird. Sure I spotted a carbon bike style exhaust on ebay the other day. Might be worth a look?

    yeah ill have a look! i can buy carbon exhaust tube pretty cheap anaway.
    
    I reckon i could make a carbon can for £100~ in material and a few hours work.
    
    in saying that i could make one out of polished stainless and sell them for £110~
