T/B Scrap yard price?

   Hi gents, ive been quoted 80 quid for a VTS throttle body from a scrappy, is it me or does this seem high for a 10 year old piece on metal???

   That's a high price. I have seen them on here for £40 and below.

   Tell them that's too high and offer them half that. If they want to shift it they'll probably take your offer.

   Bit high considering its second hand tell the old boy at the scrappy 2 take 40 if not go on ebay n ask sum 1 thats bracking there car!

   thing is though, it makes it harder for him to sell them complete engine if he sells TB seperate. thats why it will be high.

   true. also they look at the manufacturers new price and on most occausions will just half it...

    don't use the one on burnt mills my mate got a engine from their which was in a very bad condition and he wouldn't swap the engine or give money back
