Upgrading brakes to 266mm?

Time to upgrade my brakes, have the standard vts setup and the disc's are warped and pads are half warn.

Originally was going to go with mintex front and rear setup, seeing as my budget isnt great.
    Front:

    Rear:

But now tempted to upgrade to a 266mm setup. But have a few questions to ask you guys before hand.

Where exactly should i get the parts from?
Will the calipers need grinding/adjusting to fit? or can you use your existing calipers?
Budget of about 100-150 tops is this possible?

any more info you guys could give about this i would be grateful,
    cheers

scrappy for the calipers/carriers, search to find donor car, or pm williamsvts
youll need to grind the calipers from a scrappy yes, takes 2 mins each with a small bench grinder
    calipers/carriers i got mine for £20
discs and pads £50+ depending on spec
would change the fluid and do a full bleed too helps soo much.
standard calipers bled well with half decent pads should be fine.
