Hey folks, thot id post a pic of my new wheels, Got them from Ebay new from Midland Wheels, Superlites £99 + £20 postage ! bargain i thought. But without tyres, but managed to get 4 new directionals for £115

    Chopped pics,

Tyres scrub a wee bit on full right hand lock, but not on left hand lock. And rub when i have a back seat passenger, but think im goin to bend the inner arch lip up, any particular way of doing this ?

    Thanks

    looking good!

same problem with mine, nice alloy's! the only way to sort your rear ones out is to get the arche's rolled costly tho

the other way is grab yourself a rubber mallet and slowly knock the arche's back. the trim should cover your work. i got quoted £120 to fix mine, going in on monday.

tbh you shouldent need to do much knocking on your arches as you only have a little rubbing with a passanger

    195/45/15 matey.

got a small hammer today and gently bent the arch lip up in, but wil need to hammerite the lip as the paint has just flaked off, but you cant see it thanks to the bumpstrip but il paint it jus to protect it. havnt had a chance to try drivin with a back seat passenger today cos i bonded the mark 2 spoiler on...looks rather sweet. Would love to get it lowered, but...i dunno dont want it to be rubbing .

    thanks for the comments

    Hiya lads,

i had the same with my 3 studs (15's) i just got the grinder out and carfully ground the lip off and then i used bitchamen to protect the bodywork...

It only needed it on the drivers side but i done both and i used 5mm spacers on the rear
