Hi i have just got new tyres on my gor 195-45-16 f1 good year but for some reson when i go over little bumps the bumper hit the rear bumper but neva had no trouble be for and they was the same size wheels wot can i do and if i need new shocks wot are the best ones like to harden it and i have a race manifold and have no lamba sensor pluged in but have the hole covard on the manifold will this decrease the proformence ? if any 1 can be botherd to right back to this would be a great help cheers lewis

I assume you're after new shocks because you think the bumpstop is having a hell of an ordeal being lowered... or is the bumper banging on the road?
How low are you?
What do you use your car for? And how much are you looking at spending?
Apex, Spax, Koni, are all a good range and tend to be quite affordable.. take a look at them if your car is lowered a maximum of a round 60mm (these dampers will get shagged otherwise after a few thousand miles if you're any lower) other kits are available have a search on Kamracing or eurocarperformance.com etc.
As for the mani.. you're stating that where the lamda enters the mani the hole has just been left open? I would assume your manifold is blowing at this hole then.. but I'm not geared up on mani's.. kam racing supplies a plug which you can block this hole up with
