the red bars are the torsion bars.

The arb sits in the yellow (sometimes black) tubing inbetween the torsion bars.

The guide is the easiest thing to follow
Pictures are decent enough on what you have to do, there easier to follow then someone describing it to you

you have a rear beam and the torsion bars run externally, the antirollbar is inside

in that picture, the hole in the middle. Thats where you wind the bolt in.

I used a manifold nut with washer and mani nut and that pulls the arb towards the passenger side of the car.

the nut furthest the left and most rusty is for the torsion bar, which is the red one you are refuring to.

also with taht picture if you push the arb out by winding a upper damper bolt in, it pushs the arb out the other side if you remove the retaining nut which is fucked in my picture of the drivers side and has the arb out

It's the bolts that make the noise usually, they need threadlocking in and leaving to set before you drive, they come loose very easily.

    what bolts???

you need to pull the arb further onto the passenger side end plate. not tighten up the 13mm nut. see a guide i done for it.
