make my car a bit louder...

   As far as im aware, my car has just got a magnex back box, it sounds ok but i want it louder, I know thats not to everyones taste but it is to mine lol, anything but decat, and reasonably cheap lol cheers

   Is it illegal to not have a back box?? I know my mate drove his polo without one for a while lmao!

   i dont think it is illegal as such but takin the back box off will make u loose power big time as there isnt enough back pressure etc for your engine

   Yeah never thought about the back preassure.. A decent exhaust sounds alot better lol.
   
   I have a 4.5" on my VTS with a K&N filter and it sound really nice.. maybe a bit too loud in my neighbours opinion

   i dont know which route to go down, it is a magnex but it isnt very loud at all tbh

   If i was you mate i would just get a cheap universal big bore back box.. I had a magnex on my golf, and it was really quiet.

    dont get a shitty rage back box mate is yours a full magnex system? or just the back box? abp do a straight through pipe for the magnex and this makes if quite loud saxkid has one sounds spot on
