   cam 4-2-1 mani bmc cda remap on vtr engine or drop the vts in there cheers.

   drop the vts lump in there, never mind the insurance! just dont plough into anyone....

   this is where you gunna get pillaged with drop an s lmp in there comments
   
   but it depends, imo if youve got a mk2 3plug vtr engine with lowish miles thats been serviced well add on to that.
   
   if you got a blak top vtr engine thats done 120k and is about to fall out, drop an s in there.
   
   but at the end of the day if you want a vts then just sell your R and buy one, pesonally i love my R and dont see the point in spending loads of time and money making an S, because if i wanted one i would have just bought it in the first place.

    Id say it would take alot to bust an 8v! run her on burned oil and no water for the craic....

    hell do what i did! dont put any oil in till your r lump seizes up! then theres no option really but to change engine!
