   Got it today, as i havent fitted one before and have no instructions im pretty lost! I have the good ol haynes booklet but thats it.

   remove your stock air box right form the top of the throttle body mate and then just a jubilee clip it on

   Theres some other hoses leading onto it though bud what are they? And the old filter housing can i take that out altogether, plus the standard hosing? Its quite a big kit and i want it to lead tot he front with the enclosed box, thanks

    Hey Rich, ive highlighted a couple things here, my engine seems a lil different from yours, not too much problems i hope, cant seem to bolt the enclosure to anyplace and its pretty tight! And the top air outlet from the engine part? doesnt seem to fit around the rubber pipe thats been given in the kit so its been holding on by tape atm, not a good one ey! Any pointers here m8?     looks like you missing the bracket that holds it up / heat sheilds the filter mate

    Ive got the bracket m8, but i have no where to place it like rich's. Where his is tied onto can i do that with mine, mine seem to have some other bracket on there, any reason to take that off? And the other thing is on the side of the engine (closest to the filter) theres some sort of bracket there too which limits me to putting the heat shield on?

    you did know vtr kit and vts kit are different ?
    garage fitted mine when it was in for a service.
    yours second hand ?

    right mate, bolt that little L shape bit of metal the to bracket, and you see the bolt thats holding the dip stick shoot on unbolt it and put the L shaped brakcet onto that and tighten it up, then fit the end of of the filter into the bracket and tighten it all up
