is it a do it while i wait hour or so or leave it with them?

For the people who have experience with lowering the torsion bars doing it whilst you wait is fine really

That said time can vary greatly depending on the condition of parts in particular whether the torsion bars want to be a pain to get out or not.

Wherever you do decide to go just make sure 100% that they will do it the 'correct and safe' method and not anything to do with splines or notches

RickyP is highly thought of and will do a brilliant job, as would ourselves in the midlands.

Pretty sure thats how he does all his (while you wait), obviously you would 'nt get there for say 3pm and expect it to be done for 5pm, if you wait while its being done you'll understand what I mean!

Willsy is correct, if something 'god for bid' went wrong Ricky has a local part shop that he has been dealing with for a number of months now and they holds many parts for Saxo so getting hold of parts to rectify problems should be straight forward, he is always breaking a number of Saxo's outside in his yard also so has loads of parts to hand, I dont think he has in the number of years of lowering Saxo had to turn someone away cause he cant get somthing free.

I talk from personal experience and I did ineed have a stuck torsion bar which took a good number of hours to get free, but Ricky free'd it off a treat and this was down to experience with lowering Saxo's, I personally would'nt go anywhere else hence why he has done my engine swap, cams, axle, wheel bearings etc etc etc

You wont go wrong with Ricky mate, your choice at the end of the day, all I'll say is you are in safe hands with Ricky
