Catalytic convertor help

   ok, my exhaust has started rattling a little and the engine managment light has come on so i believe its the cat... sound right?
   
   i have a mk2 vtr so the cat is between the manifold and the downpipe right?
   
   what specific part will i need to order to replace the cat?
   
   will i need a new exhaust gasket too?

   Looking at it i'd say the last one is the one you need. The Cat is joined to the manifold so buy part 321574 and it's probably worth getting a new clamp to attach it either end
