fitting front coilovers

   ordered myself some coilovers this week
   just wondering how ill go across fitting them... the shocks and hub are all one on standered ... im guessing there will be some bolts under the shocks to take out and knock off the old shocks and springs from the cups, then put in coilys and bolt back up? if any of that makes sense...
   
   any help would be great, as i want to fit them when they arrive.

   nah, there is a collar holding the damper inside the strut. what coilovers have you ordered? some need welding some screw on.

   some semi cheap gmaxx ones, just ordered them off a store on ebay... something is better than nothing, and my standered shocks are shagged
   
   if they need welding, best dig out the ol' welder then.
   
   so remove the strut, collar, springs aswell then and pull the damper out and place in the new?
