   not sure if this is the right place to post this
   im thinking of respraying my car a different colour
   maybe sundance yellow like the gti's
   just wondering how much i would be looking at to have it done well ?

   supplied paint would bring the price down.. also if you can sand it down and prepare it ready for spraying that would lower the cost too. it's not a waste of money if you want it done...

   not a waste of money if you are really unhappy with the colour you have got. i would suggest a new car with the colour you want but's as your's is dappa ( lol ) then i would say spray it

   people have asked me if they prep a car will it be cheaper to respray the ar truth is it can make more work than save. it would help if you strip the car more than prep it.

   if you stip tha car, do the prep work properly and supply the paint, it would lower the price a lot. but as paul said, most people wont do the prep work properly (because they havent done it before) so it will just make more work for the bodyshop.
