   am going to re-trim my door cards and just wondered where people got there material from as im not to sure where to get it from... i want to do them in black leatherete (sp) also just wondered how people got on doing themself

   thers a guide here somehwere 'predator vtr' did on his . apparently its an ass of a job to do as u always get creases and the fabric glue will end up goin shite when the weather gets warm

   Do a search
   
   but you will need a strong glue for leather (faux leather has some stretch)
   
   are you trying to match it to a gti interior??

   na im just wanting them black leather mate. was lookin at the faux leather but dunno where best place to get it from?
   
   i have already looked through the guide but just wondered what people thought it was like actually doing it?

   Its not an actual guide however there is one in premium guides
   
   th leather will come away from the plastic eventually, so really need some strong glue and even with that its very hard to stretch around the armrest area

   yes as the material is stretched very taught around that bit
   
   unless you get 4 way stretch material
