Rite my gearbox in my vtr is slightly noise but nothing bad it just sounds like a straight cut box in neutral lol. so i thought i know vts gearbox will be ok for a test run and if its ok i will leave it in, but i fitted the gearbox today along with a release bearing plus n/s driveshaft, everything went ok fitted it fine and so on. i took the car out and the gearbox on over-run is really noisey in 1st and 2nd and 5th cruising, but i have noticed that in 5th at 5k its doing 100mph which is a lower ratio box to mine that was in, could someone tell me which gearbox this might be, i think 1.4 maybe 1.1 but not sure. i think i might just strip my vtr gearbox now and rebuild the thing
