You want the later GMC, a Piper or Supersprint 4-2-1 (fit this with extra manifold to head gaskets to space it away from the oil filter slightly) manifold.
In terms of a cam, Newman do a PH1 and PH3 for the roller rocker engine. The PH1 is very mild, uses a similar power band to standard and doesn't need a remap. The PH3 will have a lumpy idle and moves the power band up the rev range - you'll need a remap to take advantage of it.
You also have the Kent PT40 and Piper '285' which are essentially a 266 duration cam... not far off a PH3. Should make the car idle slightly lumpy but will offer noticeable gains, even without a remap. If your car is 2001+ (98bhp engine), it's highly recommended you run uprated valve springs with an aftermarket cam - Piper can provide these.
