Aftermarket Side Skirts

   Ive got a flat arch which is getting a front vt bumper put on, i bought vt sideskirts and arch's for the front as i wanted something different but without the rears it looks wrong (got other plans for rear archs as i want to keep it a flat arch.) Does anybody no of any decent side skirts or anywere i can look at some? websites ? (they have to be ultra subtle though)

   the arches for the front make up part of the sideskirts so if you want aftermarket side skirts with the front VT arches you will have to modify them or fit sideskirts designed to go with the VT arches. Plus the front VT arches line up with the door pannels as well so it might end up looking abit 'boxy' when fitted.. might be an idea to look at some 106 GTi arches.

   aw ye i no about the arch's they look wank on the car thats why im after some aftemarket side skirts as the vt arch's and skirts ive got just look wrong really so i wont be fitting them. what are the 106 skirts like? they come on all the models or just the QS and GTI?

   Pretty sure they come on the QS, GTI and Rallye.

   ye just had a look, there the same as saxoones though as in the way they sit in the front and rear arches so cant just fit a side skirt. looks like im guna end up making my own lol.
   
   all the aftermarket ones are abit to outrageous for what i want

   It will be more rewarding and possibly more fun to make your own not to mention different.

   yea the GTI side skirts are the same but the aches are different and might be an idea to fit some if you are not planning on putting the rest of the VT kit on.. cos the VT kit only looks good when the whole thing is fitted where as the GTI kit doesn't have door panels too.
   
   TBH i haven't seen any nice aftermarket sideskirts at all.

   ah i see waht you ment, quite a good idea that actually mite look into it. i no ye all the aftermarket ones seem to be huge or jap style
