   the ast off kam are a good kit for the price
   i wouldnt go for anything under 300quid tbh

   try looking at gaz coilovers, they are supposed to quite good or so ive read
   
   not bad priced either cant remember how much, but its a similar price to the ast kit from kam i think, but with the gaz kit you get their rear dampers too, where as with the ast kit you only get the coilovers
   
   but ast are a great kit too
