   people are saying they are illegal, but would they pass M.O.T.??

   Depends whos testing the car.
   
   If it doesn't pass MOT, it takes 2mins to switch back to halogens.

   no they will fail MOT at normally garage. but as mieran said they take 5 mins to swap back to normally bulbs again. you wont get stopped by the fezz though asloing as you dont buy a stupidly bright one.

   They are technically illegal in Saxo style headlamps but mine passed an MOT fine, they just adjusted them to the correct height so they don't blind other road users
