Hi just wondering, is the gear shift still smooth with one of these fitted? Ive just bought a brand new box and dont want it to damage my synchro lol
Thanks in advance

if you make the throw to short you will damage the synchros quicker

I bought one and my brother told me it will damage my synchro..
This standard gear box is best one i've had yet, Its not crunched once. Doesnt even crunch going in reverse..
So i've decided not to fit it the quickshift.

quickshift is fine aslong as you are sensible on how you adjust the throw, and if you dont drive like a tit.
eg ramming it in gears so you dont loose 'ur race'

Thankyou for the replies, dont think i will be fitting it after reading your comments though, dont want to be spending money on a new box again.
