   any one else have one because i am running a cat i had to swing the cat around and now it hits the floor of the car and and when i finally got it on and not blowing about 15 secs into running the car the paint pealed straight off ahhhhhhhhh, so will an ashley decat be any better.

   The paint is just the coating that they put onto it...
   I had an Ashley on my old one and that was blowing also, even after replacing the gasket..........
   
   Dunno about the de-cat, i had a Scorpion one on mine and that was fine
