Saxo with Ford Alloys?

  1. #1
Hi people, ok this is prob going to be a stupid question but just wondering would a set of ford 16 inch alloys fit a VTS? They are both 4 nut alloys and I know the tyres would need to be low profile but just wondering???

Alloys in questions at Mondeo ST24 Turbines?

a definate no imo the wheels look bad enough as it is

some pug wheels would be alrite

Same PCD (distance between bolt holes) but ford run a different ofset IIRC you'd need 20mm spacers with longer bolts.
Tyre wise you'd need to change the mondeo ballons to 195-40-16.

    Surely you would need spacers?!

ye i run ford fitment ats wheels, u need 20mm hubcentric spacers depeding on the offset and longer wheel bolts, I use ford to citreon ones as they have the different size centre bores aswell

cheers fellas, i think these would look great on a vts. good to know they can be done.

if anyone is a bit funky with photoshop would anyone mind putting a pic up of a saxo with them, would be very apprichated.

they look like vts rims but with one less spoke, why would u want that? its so 90's
  8. #8
lol aint the saxo a 90's car?

after a set of 16's that aint going to set the wallet on fire really. ford alloys always appear to be quite reasonable

Personally think they look cack. Don't bother with them. More trouble than they're worth!!
  10. #10
    vts alloys arent 90's

ive got wheels i had on my fiesta mk4 on my saxo they fit fine. gonna paint the vtr wheels black n go back to them will look better imo

yea but im after a nice set of cheaper 16's and you can pick these up for £100 without tyres. like said prev i think they look good and something different to all the other vts/vtr alloys out there.

not just the ST24 alloys though there is a big range of ford alloys.
