   I read alot that open cone air filters are bad and that they decrease your MPG, but what if you have a cold air feed pipe with it? maybe down near the wheel arche or something

   people only say that because generally you drive differently due to the change in noise an open cone will produce

   i just toook my open cone filter off today had a cold air feed with it. but sware it quicker with the standard air box on

   Look on KAM RACING mate, try BMC CDA etc look for enclosed ones.
