#2basically a strut brace (upper) connects the two suspension struts and the idea is that it reduces chassis flex when cornering.
-
#3they stop chassis flex under cornering load and keep suspension geometry at it's optimum. you get upper and lower braces at the front, you can fit a rear one on car which have rear struts, but not on the sax as it has a torsion bar set-up.
front upper fits under the bonnet between the strut tops, lower on fits between the wishbones. you'll feel the benefit more from a lower one. upper one costs between £40-£80, lower one £25-ish.
