Under the bonnet looks?

   Well got my furio. It looks quite bad under the bonnet.
   
   As in a bit rusty and just well... not like i want it to.
   
   Im intersted in buying colours / painting some parts.
   
   Also any suggestions on cleaning it all?

   get a decent engine degreaser mate, pick one up from halfrauds a selection of degreasers are avaliable. Then cling film up all electrical parts and jet wash job done!

   ECU obviously, what else??

   Anything that looks electical really mate, wireing from the lights, ECU, fuse box and wireing from fuse box really mate, thats about it, just do short bursts with the pressure washer really

   You may as well remove the battery when you do it as then there will be no power running through the cables that way little damage will be done if any water does happen to leak onto any bare connectors.
   
   Prep well and all will be fine.

    hey, im also looking to tidy up my saxo. i've owned it for 2 days now. already pulled the badges off and realised theres holes for the badges! Big Doh! ripped off the furio side stickers. i went into my local car modifications shop Fletchers in bham. seen a blue air filter and thought about also painting and having blue pipes. roka case etc. any tips on what to paint. also getting a strut brase Looks for looks really...

    As for colour coding mate take a look as there are plenty of threads on painting different bits under the bonnet. Take a look on my profile in the album for my car pretty sure theres a pic of my engine bay give u a few ideas.

    I cleaned my engine bay on Saturday. So much fucking better,
    
    Dad got some industrial engine cleaner from his work, in a small white tub with no name and smelt like petrol. Put it on a brush and work it in. Got rid of so so so much shit and Greece. It looks SOOOOOOOOOOOO tidy.

    P.s. Put some Back to Black on the black parts and a good polish around the bonnet and it looks lovely.

    i did mine with wd40 it come up so much cleaner well happy with it now, compared to my mates mine is sparklin lol
