Power steering removal......

Basically, my power steering pump is an asshole. It works, only when it feels like it. Which isnt to often. Although i have to put more effort in to driving, i kinda dont mind not having it.

So, would be hard to remove it, the pump and pipes. What else is there to remove? Im guessing someone has removed it......

    nope not in the slightest.
If you dont remove the ram the steering will be stupid heavy.
Will need a shorter bolt that holds the track rod ball joint in place as thats what holds the ram on aswel.

Ohh ok mate. I wondered why the steering is so heavy when the pump is off. Is it quite bad when the ram is removed or is it ok? Cant be as bad as it is atm though i guess.
